Study, Work and Research Abroad

Study, Work and Research AbroadInternational programs prepare students for success in our global economy and interconnected world. Michigan Engineering maintains partnerships with leading international technical universities to provide study and research opportunities outside the United States. The International Programs in Engineering Office (IPE) can assist students with finding an academic program that meets their needs. In addition to the CoE's partner institutions, students may also participate in the Global Engineering Education Exchange (GE3). IPE also offers resources for students seeking internships, volunteer work or community service projects overseas.

The International Minor for Engineers is open to undergraduate students from all engineering disciplines. This academic credential helps students integrate international coursework, foreign language proficiency and overseas experience into their engineering degrees. For more information and program details, please contact the International Programs in Engineering Office.
