What is the Smart Grid?
The seminar will establish the essential characteristics of a "smart grid" and discuss emerging trends in electricity generation and supply. The consequences of increased renewable generation and widespread adoption of plug-in electric vehicles will be explored, while reviewing the strategies for which the grid will be integrated into our world.
